We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Global Controller to support our worldwide accounting operations. This position is responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial reporting and compliance with international accounting standards. The Global Controller will play a key role in supporting sound business decisions worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Monthly, quarterly and yearly financial closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Consolidation of financial statements
• Lead the monthly financial close for both the parent company and its subsidiaries
• Supervise and review the work of local outsourced bookkeepers and payroll teams
• Support the preparation of the annual budget, including monthly BVAs and variance analysis
• Cashflow analysis including accountability on treasury policies
• Ensure full compliance, accurate and timely submissions of local and global statutory financial statements and tax filings
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Transfer Pricing policy – implementation and compliance
• Develop and implement revenue recognition policies
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve business processes and enhance financial reporting
• Examine, recommend and implement new tools and technologies to streamline financial processes
  
  

• CPA with a background in one of the Big 4 firms and proven experience in high-tech environments
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a global/controller role
• Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment is an advantage
• Self-starter and independent, with multi-tasking and great time management skills
• Highly dynamic and motivated
• Expertise in US GAAP
• High proficiency with NetSuite
• Understanding of financial regulations, payroll, and tax compliance in both Israel and the U.S
• Fluent English – verbal and written
• Strong communication skills with a proven track record of engaging and aligning key stakeholders across various levels of the organization
• Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
• Proficient in BI tools – an advantage
