Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Maintain Production Documentation
2. Change Control and Process Updates
3. Validation and Verification Activities
4. Pilot and Initial Batch Production Support
5. Tooling and Fixture Development
6. Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis
7. Continuous Improvement and Cost Optimization
8. Risk Analysis and Process Assessment

Employee qualification (education, experience, professional and personal skills:

Minimum qualification required:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or Plastics Engineering.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a complex manufacturing environment, with a strong preference for medical device industry experience.

Technical Expertise: Proven knowledge and practical experience, including process validation, documentation, root cause analysis, and cost improvement initiatives.

Language Skills: Proficient in English (written, verbal, and reading comprehension).

Also:

• Solid experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Proficiency in SolidWorks for design and documentation of production tools, fixtures, and assemblies
