ETL Developer

A leading banking institution located in Airport City is looking for an experienced DWH Developer with hands-on expertise in Talend.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced ETL Developer to join our data team. In this role, you will develop and maintain ETL processes in our enterprise data warehouse using Talend, IBM DataStage, and PL/SQL in an Oracle environment. You will be responsible for process reliability in production and the implementation of complex data solutions, working closely with system analysts, QA, and both technical and business teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain ETL processes in a Data Warehouse environment
• Work with Talend, DataStage, PL/SQL, and Oracle DB
• Ensure smooth operation and integrity of production processes
• Implement data solutions for large-scale databases
• Collaborate with analysts, QA, business, and technology teams

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

• 3+ years of experience in ETL development within a DWH environment
• Proven hands-on experience with Talend
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills, including complex query and stored procedure development
• Experience working with enterprise Data Warehouses

Advantages:

• Experience with IBM DataStage
• Familiarity with job schedulers (preferably Control-M)
• Background in the banking or financial services sector (BI/DWH)
• Experience working in Linux environments
• Academic degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
