Assembly Team Leader

A leading company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of cameras for unmanned aerial vehicles is looking for an Assembly Team Leader to join the production team.

Full-time position, offices located in Ra’anana.

Job Description:

• Responsible for managing an assembly team of 10–15 employees
• Ensure professional standards of product quality and output quantity
• Meet weekly and monthly production and quality targets
• Oversee the introduction and implementation of new products into the production line
• Provide professional guidance and personal support to the team

Requirements:

• Proven experience in assembly – must
• Proven experience in managing employees – must
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and people management abilities
• Ability to distinguish between priorities and focus areas
• Strong task prioritization skills according to production needs
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
