Job requirements

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail and time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Job responsibilities

• Support end-to-end sourcing and purchasing with the Procurement Manager
• Source global components and materials with focus on cost and lead time
• Analyze supplier quotes, compare costs, and assist in negotiations
• Manage purchase orders, timelines, and vendor data in ERP
• Track inbound shipments and coordinate with logistics partners
• Follow up with suppliers on production and shipping status
• Oversee drop shipments to subcontractors with timely updates
• Handle supplier invoices and ensure smooth payment processing
• Update procurement data to support inventory accuracy
• Create procurement reports and dashboards for decision-making
• Collaborate with R&D, operations, and finance to align supply chain efforts
