Founder's Operations Assistant

(Part-time to start, potential to grow into full-time)

We help category-defining, international companies build engines for growth.

We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Operations Coordinator to join the founder as his right hand - someone who thrives on keeping things organized, moving, and effective across sales, marketing, and internal operations.

This role is for someone who likes wearing multiple hats, enjoys creating structure, and wants to play a key role in the behind-the-scenes systems that drive growth.

Sales Operations

• Keep our CRM organized and accurate - make sure leads are followed up with and nothing slips through the cracks.
• Prepare short briefs before sales calls (what we talked about last time, key notes, etc.).
• After client kickoffs, create a brief for campaign managers so they’re set up for success.

Marketing Support

• Help keep the founder's LinkedIn presence consistent
• Make sure there’s a post going out daily.
• Reply to comments and messages.
• Proactively engage (like/comment/connect) with target accounts.
• Track basic engagement metrics and share simple insights.

Admin & Internal Ops

• Make sure new clients are set up properly in Slack.
• Pass on agreement details to finance, set new clients up for invoicing.
• Onboard/offboard users in Google Admin, Slack, and other tools.
• Managing agreements, contracts.
• Various other tasks...
