Senior Full Stack Developer

The Digital Team is one of the most innovative and strategically significant groups at Sapiens, driving the development of cutting-edge digital services used by teams and clients worldwide. What You’ll Do

• Develop cloud-based solutions and integrate them into Sapiens’ products to create a scalable and unified platform.
• Take an active role in all development phases, from research and design to development, testing, CI/CD, and deployment.
• Work with cutting-edge technologies such as Node.js, React, NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and more.
• Continuously improve code quality, tools, and processes, embracing innovative solutions and best practices.
• Collaborate with R&D teams across Sapiens, sharing expertise and serving as a technical role model.
• Drive projects end-to-end, ensuring high performance, scalability, and quality.
• Meet aggressive timelines and lead the team toward successful product deliveries.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years’ experience in Full Stack development.
• 4+ years' experience in backend technologies (Node.js - Must)
• Experience in frontend frameworks (React).
• Strong knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases, microservices architecture, and API design.
• Proficiency in TypeScript.
• Experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and security best practices.
• Excellent English communication skills—both written and spoken.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in an agile development environment.
• Experience writing detailed designs and high-level solutions.
