Full Stack Engineer

An AI startup developing a platform of AI agents designed to take repetitive, time-consuming tasks off the plates of human sales teams and help them close deals more efficiently. The company has built its own LLM, which powers the platform, combined with statistical models and a dedicated semantic layer.

Based in Tel Aviv near the light rail, the company operates in a hybrid model (one day per week from home).

The company has 27 employees, including 7 in R&D. Its product integrates with more than 40 organizational data systems where it is deployed.

The role: joining the development team, reporting directly to the CTO. Responsible for end-to-end feature development with ~20% Server-side in Node.js and ~80% Client-side in ReactJS and TypeScript. The work environment includes MacOS, AWS, and modern development practices.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in full-stack development, with a strong foundation in front-end and back-end technologies.
• Proficiency in Typescript and JavaScript, as well as experience with databases and infrastructure.
• Experience working in a data company, and a deep understanding of data management and analysis.
• Strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with different types of people and roles.
• Agile, flexible, and able to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
• Self-starter, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision.
