Clickwise is looking for a Google PPC Team Lead who lives and breathes Google Ads. We need a true specialist — someone who understands how to leverage the full power of Google’s advertising potential to deliver next-level results.

Responsibilities:

Lead & Elevate Your Team:

●     Lead, mentor, and grow a small team of junior and mid-level Campaign Managers, raising their game with your knowledge and guidance.

●     Set high standards for campaign management, optimization, and performance.

Own & Scale Google Campaigns:

●     Build, launch, and scale complex campaigns across Search, Display, Video, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube, and more.

●     Fully own large budgets, ensuring every dollar works hard to drive profitable growth.

Use Google Ads to Its Full Potential: 

●     Master advanced tools like automated bidding strategies, custom audiences, remarketing, dynamic creative, and Google’s latest features.

●     Design and run sophisticated A/B tests, conversion tracking, and audience segmentation.

Analyze & Optimize Relentlessly: 

●     Dive deep into performance data, spot trends, and take immediate action to boost ROI.

●     Provide clear, actionable performance insights to management and your team.

Innovate & Stay Ahead:

●     Keep up with Google’s constant updates — and translate them into winning strategies.

●     Proactively test new ideas, tools, and tactics to outperform the competition.

Collaborate & Communicate:

●     Work closely with internal teams, share best practices, and contribute to company-wide growth.

●     Clearly communicate complex strategies and results to both your team and stakeholders.

Requirements:

●     MUST HAVE: 3+ years of hands-on experience running advanced Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max, etc.).

●     Experience in Gaming, CFD, or Casino campaigns — a huge advantage. 

●     A real passion for Google Ads — you know its ins and outs, and how to push the limits for better results.

●     Proven leadership experience: you’ve trained, mentored, or managed other Campaign Managers.

●     A strong track record of managing large budgets profitably.

●     Deep analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.

●     Experience designing and implementing A/B tests.

●     Excellent organizational skills: manage multiple campaigns and a small team with confidence.

●     Naturally collaborative, open to feedback, and easy to manage — you help make the team’s work seamless.
