We are seeking a hands on, customer oriented Team Leader to manage our Pre-Sales and Customer Support functions. This role combines leadership with active involvement in customer facing activities, ensuring smooth technical engagement during the sales cycle and high quality support post-sale.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Pre-Sales and Customer Support team.
- Manage workload distribution, priorities, and performance metrics.
- Provide technical expertise during the sales process (RFI/RFP responses, demos, and field trials).
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely, professional, and effective support.
- Establish and continuously improve workflows, knowledge base, and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Program Managers, and R&D teams.
- Track KPIs and report regularly on team performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience (3+ years) in Pre-Sales, Technical Support, or Customer Success roles.
- At least 2 years in a team leader or supervisory role.
- Strong technical background with ability to quickly learn complex systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both technical and business-oriented.
- Customer-first mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent in English (additional languages – advantage).
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings, demos, and field trials.
Advantages
Experience in defense, aerospace, or communication systems.
Familiarity with CRM/Support systems (e.g., Priority, Jira).
Technical degree (Engineering, Computer Science, or similar).
