🚀 We’re hiring a Chapter Lead- Technical Product Owner (CL TPO)!
We’re looking for a strong leader to drive innovation and shape the vision of our digital platforms.
As a CL TPO, you’ll take a strategic and hands-on role:
Lead and mentor a team of Technical Product Owners, empowering them to grow professionally and deliver impactful digital solutions.
Manage and prioritize the tribe’s overall backlog, ensuring seamless delivery across complex, cross-tribe initiatives.
Tackle high-level technological challenges, resolve dependencies, and remove bottlenecks to accelerate progress.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to design forward-thinking, scalable digital platform solutions.
Foster a culture of empowerment, curiosity, openness, and continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience leading large-scale development initiatives with multiple interfaces and dependencies.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, architecture, and cutting-edge digital tools (A/B testing, advanced development practices, etc.).
Experience managing and inspiring teams in a non-hierarchical culture.
Visionary mindset, proactive approach, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
Technological curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a true can-do attitude.
