Head of Product

Mesh Security is the world’s first Cybersecurity Mesh (CSMA) platform - a unified, agentless security platform that empowers modern security teams to prevent, detect, and autonomously respond to risks and threats enterprise-wide.

We’re looking for a hungry and execution-driven Head of Product to own the roadmap and bring the vision of autonomous cybersecurity to life, transforming how enterprises secure their environments.

This role is for someone who is a hands-on product leader today, but started their career in a SOC, cyber research, or threat detection role, and still thinks like a practitioner. You’ll work directly with the founders to turn vision into a roadmap that delivers real value to security teams - with clarity, urgency, and impact.

🧭 Vision to Execution

• Partner with the founders to translate strategy into clear, focused product direction
• Build and maintain a sharp, outcome-driven roadmap with tight feedback loops
• Prioritize sharply—based on customers' value impact, not process or fluff

👂 Practitioner-Driven Product Thinking

• Speak the language of cloud security, SOC teams, detection engineers, and security practitioners
• Join deep technical calls with customers and extract actionable product insights
• Champion the user perspective—driving decisions that maximize real-world utility

⚙️ Technical Product Delivery

• Work side-by-side with engineers to scope, build, and ship fast
• Write crisp, technically sound requirements and lead iterative sprints
• Make pragmatic trade-offs, unblock teams, and ensure velocity

🤝 Alignment Without Bureaucracy

• Collaborate with founders, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering
• Communicate priorities clearly—no fluff, no heavy process
• Scale execution with just enough structure to stay aligned and fast

• A Product Leader and Builder today—owning B2B Cybersecurity SaaS roadmaps and delivering real value
• Experienced working with AI-powered or Agentic AI products - significant advantage
• Previously a SOC analyst, security researcher, or detection engineer - you’ve lived the pain
• Fluent in technical conversations with both engineers and customers
• Fast-moving, hands-on, and comfortable operating in ambiguity
