Project Engineer – Process Manufacturing Plant | Northern Israel

We’re hiring a Project Engineer to lead engineering initiatives in a dynamic, large-scale process manufacturing facility (food industry).

This is a hands-on role focused on production lines and infrastructure projects, with real impact on operational efficiency and innovation.

What you’ll do:

Manage and execute engineering projects across production and utilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (maintenance, operations, external vendors)
Lead installations, upgrades, and process improvements
Ensure timelines, budgets, and technical standards are met

What we’re looking for:

B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Experience in process/industrial environments (food/pharma/chemical – an advantage, not a must)
Strong project management and technical execution skills
