Salesforce Systems Analyst

COMBLACK is hiring a Salesforce Systems Analyst!

Managing and leading the Salesforce system within the organization, including identifying and translating business requirements into technological solutions, designing architecture, managing design reviews, and ensuring optimal system implementation across different teams.

What are we looking for?

• Deep experience with Salesforce CRM, including Sales/Service/Experience Cloud
• Proficiency in declarative Salesforce work: Flow, Flow Orchestrator, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Lightning App Builder, and more
• Knowledge of Salesforce data model, permissions, and security
• Experience with business analysis methodologies and Agile, Domain-Driven Design, and Design Thinking
• Ability to lead requirement discovery workshops, document business needs, and translate them into functional solutions
