Assistant Controller

As an Assistant Controller, you will help steer our expanding international finance operations. You’ll own month-end closes for several foreign subsidiaries, prepare statutory reports under IFRS, liaise with external auditors, and tackle ad-hoc projects that keep our fast-moving business on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close & reporting for assigned subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping and support local finance operations across multiple jurisdictions
• Coordinate quarterly & annual audits—provide schedules, explain variances, and resolve queries
• Ensure compliance with local GAAP, tax, and statutory filing requirements; prepare annual financial statements and returns
• Maintain & enhance NetSuite ERP workflows and data integrity
• Run transfer-pricing calculations (quarterly and annual) and support intercompany reconciliations
• Support continuous-improvement and automation projects within the finance team

What We’re Looking For:

• CPA with up to 3 years’ total experience in a public-accounting firm (including internship) – must
• Solid IFRS knowledge – must
• Prior NetSuite experience – strong advantage
• Fluent English (spoken & written) – must
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical mindset
• Proven ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment
• Detail-oriented, curious, and proactive team player with excellent communication skills
