Air Doctor offers travelers the best possible services if they fall ill abroad through quick and convenient access to high-quality medical care from anywhere in the world, all through an easy-to-use app. The Air Doctor app connects travelers to a global network of over 20,000 professional medical doctors across 75 countries. This means travelers can get treated by a doctor who speaks their language, whilst avoiding expensive visits to hospitals or medical clinics.

About the Job

We’re looking for a Product Designer, experienced in planning, designing, and delivering customer-facing applications in a B2B2C business model. You will work on the Product Management team to shape and elevate our user experience, designing both customer-facing systems and complex admin systems.

What Will You Do?

• Design and create engaging, user-centric experiences for web and mobile platforms, addressing both customer-facing needs and internal operations.
• Own full responsibility for building and maintaining the company’s design system, ensuring consistency across products and platforms.
• Be part of the full product lifecycle, from research and prototyping to design and usability testing.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of features.

What Do We Look For?

• Strong portfolio showcasing your skills and proven track record in leading end-to-end design for at least two significant product modules is a must.
• 2+ years of product design experience on customer-facing products for mobile and desktop.
• Expertise in designing for both native apps and web-based platforms.
• Profound knowledge of creating and maintaining design systems.
• Pixel-perfect attitude, with attention to the smallest details.
• Mastery of Figma, prototyping, and other relevant tools.
• Analytical skills with experience utilizing qualitative insights and quantitative data to drive design decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and in a process-driven manner.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a high English proficiency.
• Ability and enthusiasm to use Generative AI to enhance creativity and improve user experience.
• Experience designing complex admin systems - advantage
• Background in B2B2C business model - advantage
• Experience working with SDKs - advantage
• B.A. in Visual Communication; illustration and animation skills are both an advantage.
