What you’ll own:

• Approving payments across multiple countries
• Reviewing and recording invoices from vendors to ensure accuracy
• Processing expense reports from employees, identifying discrepancies and escalating appropriately
• Issuing invoices and performing intercompany reconciliations
• Maintaining 1099s and generating reports at year-end
• Coordinating with teams in Israel and around the world
• Keeping processes accurate, organized, and on time

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting or related field
• Strong understanding of General Ledger system and Accounts Payable processing
• Experience with financial systems and invoice issuance – a must
• Full English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) – required
• Strong organizational, analytical, and recording skills
• Detail oriented and able to meet deadlines
• Bonus: experience with account reconciliations
