We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Finance Systems & Data Lead to join our Global Finance team.
This role will play a central part in the digital transformation of ADAMA’s Finance Shared Services Center (SSC), bridging business needs and technological solutions through data standardization, process alignment, and smart system implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the collection, analysis, and documentation of global finance business requirements (data, processes, reporting, analytics) for SSC digital transformation
- Translate complex business needs into user stories and User Requirement Specifications (URS)
- Define and implement data governance policies and financial master data SOPs
- Plan and manage financial data cleansing and migration activities
- Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes
- Develop and deliver training programs for SSC end users
- Own and maintain the global standard template of the SSC financial systems
- Manage change control, risk mitigation, and implementation plans for new system initiatives
Requirements:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - must
- 5+ years of experience with SAP Business One as a super user or functional consultant - must
- Deep understanding of finance business processes (OTC, P2P, R2R) - must
- Experience with automation and integration tools (e.g. vendor portals, bank reconciliation, AP automation, EAI platforms) - advantage
- Proven experience in global/multi-entity ERP projects - advantage
- Fluent English - required
