Air Doctor – who are we?
We’re an Israel-based high-tech startup driving change in the global tourism industry.
We’ve just secured $20M, which we plan on using to grow our global footprint through international branches.
Air Doctor offers travelers the best possible services if they fall ill abroad through quick and convenient access to high-quality medical care from anywhere in the world, all through an easy-to-use app. The Air Doctor app connects travelers to a global network of over 20,000 professional medical doctors across 75 countries. This means travelers can get treated by a doctor who speaks their language, whilst avoiding expensive visits to hospitals or medical clinics.

Our offices are in the heart of the green landscape of Moshav Beit Nekofa, near Hemed Interchange and Mevaseret Zion.
We are looking for a Product Support position to join our Product Team.You will be responsible for accompanying our global partners throughout their journey with Air Doctor - from initial onboarding, through launch and implementation, and into ongoing support and optimization.
In a fast-growing, international environment you will be working closely with the account managers, product managers, QA, and development team to ensure optimal integration and continuous customer success.
What will you do?
- Lead onboarding processes with new clients: conduct kick-off workshops, gather business needs, and define the right product configuration
- Manage technical integrations, including APIs and data flows, while coordinating with product and engineering teams
- Travel internationally to meet clients, present the product, and guide them through the onboarding process
- Oversee the launch and go-live phase: coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor testing and quality assurance, and ensure all deliverables are met
- Provide ongoing support to existing clients: serve as the main technical point of contact, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships
- Document processes, configurations, and solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and scalability
- Act as a bridge between customer needs and the product team by delivering structured feedback
What do we look for?
- Strong technical skills with proven experience in APIs and system integrations, preferably with a relevant academic degree.
- Proven track record in project management, including testing, documentation, and cross-team coordination.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to identify client needs, build trust through persuasion and relationship-building, and deliver excellent presentations to global clients across cultures.
- Perfect English – verbal and written.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally on a regular basis.
- Experience in healthtech / insurance companies is an advantage.
- Knowledge of B2B2C business models is an advantage.
