Leading Fintech Company Seeks VP Finance for its Headquarters in Israel

An opportunity to play a significant role in a senior management team, lead the finance department, and contribute to the growth of an international and dynamic company.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE FROM A FOREX OR CASINO BACKGROUND

VP Finance – Fintech

Key Responsibilities:

1. Overall management of the finance department – controllers, accountants, administration, and financial operations.
2. Development and implementation of financial strategies and processes tailored to the fintech world.
3. Oversight of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and compliance with regulations.
4. Management of cash flow, investments, risks, and tax planning.
5. Responsibility for reporting to management, investors, and regulatory bodies.
6. Promotion of automation and process improvement.
7. Financial consulting for senior management.

Requirements

Requirements:

1. Senior management experience in finance (preferably in fintech/high-tech).
2. Deep understanding of financial regulations – significant advantage.
3. Experience in managing teams of controllers and accountants.
4. Full proficiency in financial reporting, planning, and analysis.
5. High level of English – mandatory (speaking, reading, and writing).
6. Proficiency in financial systems, accounting software, and Excel.
7. Willingness to work from Monday to Friday.
8. Willingness to travel abroad once every two months.
9. Relevant degree – mandatory; master's degree/CPA – advantage
