IT Support Specialist

Finonex is looking for an IT Specialist T3, you will join a team of senior IT experts working together on advanced infrastructure, networking, and cloud challenges.

You will collaborate closely with your peers, contributing equally to problem-solving, sharing expertise, and ensuring tasks are distributed effectively across the team.

Description

• Collaborate with a team of IT T3 specialists to analyze, prioritize, and granulate tasks, ensuring efficient distribution of responsibilities.
• Manage and maintain enterprise infrastructure: Windows & Linux servers, virtualization platforms, Azure Cloud, networking devices, and security systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues across endpoints, servers, networks, and cloud services
• Design and implement improvements in network security, automation, and system reliability.
• Participate in IT projects, contributing technical expertise and helping ensure successful delivery.
• Share knowledge with peers, document best practices, and maintain a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards, backup policies, and business continuity practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in IT support, system administration, or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows & Linux environments, Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, NTFS & Share permissions.
• Proficiency in networking (switches, routing, firewalls — FortiGate or similar).
• Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and Azure Cloud environments.
• Knowledge of endpoint management, EDR solutions, and disaster recovery systems.
• Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes and Docker.
• Hands-on experience with automation and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and related frameworks.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, senior-level team setting.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew, verbal and written.
• Project management experience and the ability to break down large tasks into actionable deliverables.

• Experience with managing production environment.
• Experience setting up and maintaining physical and virtual server, FortiGate FW and EDR systems.
• Knowledge in networking, switches and routing.
• Understanding of compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC2, GDPR, etc.).
• Relevant courses and certifications.
