About the Role:

We are looking for a talented, highly motivated, and dedicated Assistant Controller to join our Finance team in Israel, reporting directly to the Controller.

The role involves full ownership of financial reporting, controls, closing processes, systems, and financial operations. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, dynamic international environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the US GAAP monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial close of the Company and its subsidiaries, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis to provide insights to management and the Board.
• Ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition in accordance with US GAAP (ASC 606) and internal policies.
• Ensure quality control over P&L and BS transactions and assist in the supervision of the bookkeeping department.
• Prepare the tax returns of our foreign subsidiaries and assist with their tax filing processes.
• Assist in the implementation of new processes to support the strategic growth activities of the Company.
• Work closely with the Company's external auditors/advisors.
• Hands-on execution of controls over financial reporting processes and assisting in their documentation.
• Undertaking special projects and ad-hoc requests, as necessary.
