Role Summary

We are looking for a visionary and execution-focused leader to head our Business Applications Domain, owning it end to end — including Engineering, Product, Design and UX, and Data. This domain is responsible for the suite of products and the engine behind the applications that power Payoneer’s mission to become the leading global financial stack for SMBs operating across borders.

This role will lead the strategy, development, and scaling of the next generation of business-critical applications that empower small and medium-sized businesses to thrive globally – enabling them to automate financial workflows, gain real-time visibility and control over funds, streamline operations, manage risk dynamically, and make faster, data-driven decisions to grow their businesses.

Our vision is to develop an application layer that is modular, intelligent, and automation-first – leveraging AI, advanced orchestration, and deep integration to deliver seamless and scalable solutions that meet the evolving needs of modern SMBs.

What You’ll Do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Payoneer’s business applications – the suite of products that form the foundation of our global financial platform.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, Design and UX, and Data to drive end-to-end execution from concept to deployment.
• Own the strategy, product, and engineering for Payoneer’s UI infrastructure, ensuring consistent, scalable, and high-performing front-end experiences across applications.
• Design and deliver applications that power core SMB capabilities across payments, risk management, financial control, compliance enablement, liquidity insights, and business automation.
• Drive innovation through AI, decision engines, and data-rich automation to eliminate friction and enable scalable, intelligent workflows.
• Translate the needs of global SMBs into productized capabilities that support multi-currency operations, regulatory compliance, treasury efficiency, and cross-border growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Corporate Strategy, GTM, Marketing, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Data, and our core
• Platform teams to align roadmaps and maximize impact.
• Develop a future-ready, modular application framework that supports fast iteration, adaptability, and differentiated customer experiences across geographies and customer segments.
  
  

• 10+ years of leadership experience in application product/platform development, with at least 5 years in senior roles within high-growth fintech, SaaS, or global tech companies.
• Proven success leading cross-functional domains that span Engineering, Product, Design and UX, and Data, delivering scalable, business-facing applications in complex and regulated environments.
• Deep expertise in workflow orchestration, AI-driven automation, and data-centric product design.
• Experience serving SMB or mid-market segments, with a strong understanding of their business models, pain points, and financial operations needs.
• Strategic systems thinker with a platform mindset – capable of balancing long-term vision with near-term delivery.
• Strong collaborator and communicator; able to align diverse teams across Technology, Growth, Marketing, and Business Units.
• Track record of delivering measurable business outcomes, with a focus on adoption, scalability, customer value, and operational efficiency.
