Ownership on engineering phase products
NPI capabilities - transferring R&D new products/technology to production end to end through robust NPI processes.
Production engineering capabilities – Leading production engineering activities end to end, including planning, execution till full implementation. Intensive working interfaces with internal production line and Sub- Contractors (CM/OEM/ODM) - Europe and ASIA – First tier

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in similar position
Proof experience and knowledge in NPI field and production engineering.
Good project managerial skills (management without authority)
High technology skills – Theoretically and Hands on
High level of writing and expression in English
Working experience in global companies - Advantage
B.Sc. in mechanic/electrical Eng. M. Sc.- advantage
Working with interfaces – Strong capabilities
Excellent human relationship
Team player
Cross matrix capabilities (Management without authority)
High level of independency
Success oriented
