- Ownership on engineering phase products
- NPI capabilities - transferring R&D new products/technology to production end to end through robust NPI processes.
- Production engineering capabilities – Leading production engineering activities end to end, including planning, execution till full implementation. Intensive working interfaces with internal production line and Sub- Contractors (CM/OEM/ODM) - Europe and ASIA – First tier
- 3-5 years of experience in similar position
- Proof experience and knowledge in NPI field and production engineering.
- Good project managerial skills (management without authority)
- High technology skills – Theoretically and Hands on
- High level of writing and expression in English
- Working experience in global companies - Advantage
- B.Sc. in mechanic/electrical Eng. M. Sc.- advantage
- Working with interfaces – Strong capabilities
- Excellent human relationship
- Team player
- Cross matrix capabilities (Management without authority)
- High level of independency
- Success oriented
