Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Manager in planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns (online & offline).
• Support in managing digital marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.).
• Prepare and post engaging content for social media and website in English and Dari/Pashto.
• Strong Verbal & Written Communication Skill.
• Monitor customer feedback thru cold calling & face to face reviews, and assist with prompt responses.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate promotions for otatickets.com.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials: flyers, brochures, presentations.
• Maintain contact lists, databases, and prepare weekly/monthly reports on marketing activities.
• Support communication and coordination with partners, clients, and travel agents.
• Perform other administrative and marketing-related tasks assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant work experience (preferably in travel, tourism, or e-commerce industry).
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing, and online advertising tools.
• Good writing, editing, and communication skills in English and Dari/Pashto.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of graphic tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team, with good time management skills.
