מהות התפקיד:

• תמיכה טכנית והנדסית ללקוחות בתעשיות מגוונות, בדגש על התעשיות הביטחוניות בישראל (כגון אלביט, רפאל, תע"א ודומות)
• אפיון צרכים טכניים והתאמת פתרונות בקרה והנעה ברמת רכיב ומערכת
• עבודה מול גורמי הנדסה, רכש ומנהלי פרויקטים בצד הלקוח
• ממשק שוטף עם צוותים מקצועיים של היצרן הבינלאומי

דרישות התפקיד:

• תואר ראשון בהנדסת מכונות / מכטרוניקה / חשמל / אלקטרוניקה / תחום הנדסי רלוונטי
• ניסיון או היכרות עם עולמות ההינע, מנועים, בקרים, רובוטיקה, מערכות מרובות צירים
• יכולת הבנה מערכתית גבוהה, קריאת שרטוטים והבנה של מפרטים טכניים
• תקשורת בין-אישית מצוינת, יכולת הצגה טכנית וניסוח בכתב ובע"פ – בעברית ובאנגלית
• יתרון לניסיון קודם בתפקידי Pre-Sale, FAE, מהנדס אפליקציה או ניהול מוצר

Hiring: A Customer Facing Personality ENGINEER: Control, Motion & Automation Engineering Background / Mechanical Engineer with background in Automation & Robotics

A leading Israeli company representing a global manufacturer of advanced Motion Control and Precision Drive Systems is looking for a hands-on and customer-facing engineer to join its professional team.

Role Overview:

• Provide technical and engineering support to customers, with an emphasis on Israel’s defense industries (e.g., Elbit, Rafael, IAI and similar)
• Understand client needs and define suitable motion and control solutions (component and system level)
• Work directly with engineering, purchasing, and project management teams on the client side
• Maintain close collaboration with the international vendor’s engineering and support teams

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical / Electronics Engineering or relevant technical field
• Knowledge or experience in motion systems, motors, controllers, robotics, or multi-axis automation
• Strong system-level understanding, technical drawing interpretation, and datasheet literacy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong written and spoken Hebrew & English
• Advantage: experience in Pre-Sales, FAE, Application Engineering or Product Management roles
