We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated QA Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead a team of QA engineers and take ownership of our entire quality assurance process, from strategy to execution.

What You Will Be Doing

Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers, including task delegation, providing feedback, and fostering professional development
Build and implement a comprehensive test plan, defining methodologies and tools to improve the testing process
Take ownership of the entire testing lifecycle, from manual and automation to performance and regression testing
Work closely with dev and product teams to understand requirements, manage bugs, and ensure a high-quality product
Create and maintain test documents (STD, STP, STR) and analyze test results for data-driven decision-making

Your Skills & Experience:

At least 3 years of experience as a QA Engineer, with at least one year in a team lead or management role
Knowledge and experience with SQL. Knowledge of JavaScript is a plus
Experience working with bug management systems like Jira
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
Strong leadership, motivation, time management, and task delegation skills
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team, along with excellent communication skills

Note: This is a Maternity Leave cover for 6 months.
