Your Mission 

We are looking for a Product Manager - Internal Platforms & Operations Transformation to join our fast-growing Payment experience team. Reporting to our Senior Director of Products, you will be supporting the team in scaling up and smoothing growth processes by supporting internal stakeholders and increasing efficiency and merchants' satisfaction.

We're looking for a hands-on, driven Product Manager to lead the modernization of internal platforms used by our Clients and Bank Operations, Risk, Support, and finance teams. This is not a typical product role—it requires a process-transformation mindset, the ability to navigate legacy systems, and the vision to design scalable platforms that power Nuvei's global growth.

You'll work closely with internal stakeholders across departments to deeply understand their workflows, identify inefficiencies, and partner with engineering to design and deliver effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for internal tools and platforms supporting Nuvei's core operational teams.
• Partner closely with stakeholders in Support, Compliance, Finance, Risk, Operations etc' to map current processes and reimagine them for scale.
• Lead the replacement or upgrade of legacy internal systems - whether homegrown or third-party (e.g., Boarding and maintenance tools, case management, reporting dashboards).
• Translate ambiguous needs into clear product requirements and technical specifications.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, efficiency gains, and feasibility.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, and IT teams to deliver reliable, secure, and user-friendly solutions.
• Act as the voice of the internal user - champion usability, speed, and automation.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of product management experience, including at least 2 years working on internal platforms, ops tooling, or process-heavy systems.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to deconstruct complex business workflows, and provide an intuitive UX experience
• Experience working with legacy systems and leading migration or transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage internal stakeholders and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable with data flows, systems integration, and backend-heavy products.
• Fluent in writing clear PRDs and collaborating in Agile environments.
• A "builder" mentality with a high sense of ownership.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, payments, or regulated industries.
• AI and process automations track record.
• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, or internal risk/operations management systems.
• Background in operations, business analysis, or systems implementation.
