Product Manager

We are seeking our first ever Product Manager to join our FinTech team. This role is fundamental to shaping our product strategy and ensuring we deliver features that truly matter to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and coordinate technical requirements across development teams
• Create technical specifications, API requirements, and product requirements documents
• Track team velocity and ensure timely delivery of features while maintaining quality standards
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver user-centered product experiences
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions and roadmap planning

What We're Looking For:

• +5 years of product management experience, preferably in tech or fintech
• Technical Background: Strong understanding of software development processes, APIs, and system architecture
• Fintech Experience: Knowledge of financial markets, platforms, or fintech products - strong advantage
• Agile Expertise: Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• B2C Product Experience: Experience managing consumer-facing products with large user bases
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze user data, metrics, and feedback to drive product decisions
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Leadership: Ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking and ability to break down complex problems
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
