Marketing Performance Analyst

We are looking for Marketing Performance Analyst:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Engineering,
• or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5- years of experience in a marketing data analysis role focused on user acquisition,
• growth marketing and media analytics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads Stack, Google Analytics (GA4), including a solid
• understanding of its data schema, event tracking, and attribution models.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing performance marketing campaigns and key metrics (e.g.,
• CPA, LTV, ROAS).
• Direct experience with advanced analytical techniques such as Media Mix Modeling (MMM)
• and data-driven attribution.
• A strong technical understanding of website tracking principles, including pixel implementation
• and the role of tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager).
• Familiarity with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) like AppsFlyer.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex analytical concepts
• for non-technical audiences.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) to build insightful
• dashboards and reports.
