We’re looking for a Digital Project Manager with strong product thinking, capable of transforming business needs and goals into effective digital solutions.

This role blends classic project management with a product-oriented approach, ensuring great user experiences and impactful digital products, while working closely with diverse stakeholders inside and outside the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage digital projects from concept and specification through implementation.
• Translate business requirements into efficient, data-driven digital processes.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI teams to deliver excellent user experiences.
• Integrate AI solutions and automation processes into digital projects.
• Coordinate with vendors, developers, and internal stakeholders to ensure goals are met.
• Monitor performance (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement of processes and products.

Requirements:

• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into actionable steps.
• Proven experience in UX and UI domains – strong advantage.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their implementation in digital products.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work across teams.
