Frontend Team Lead

A SaaS company in the Car Mobility domain, providing payment and charging solutions for electric vehicles across the U.S. and Europe.

In early 2022, the company was acquired for over $200M by an American corporation specializing in smart transportation and mobility, while remaining an independent and innovative entity.

Its core products include SaaS platforms for EV charging management and energy optimization, navigation apps for charging destinations, and a seamless no-touch payment app that automatically processes payments after charging.

The company serves major enterprise customers in the U.S. and Europe and is highly profitable.

Headquartered in the central region of Israel, it operates in a hybrid model (two days per week from home) with 130 employees, including ~100 in Israel (60 in R&D).

The role:

• Manage a team of 6–7 senior Frontend developers (Frontend only)
• Report directly to the VP R&D
• Lead development of a scalable, cloud-based Web SaaS platform for enterprise customers
• Stay 30% hands-on: code reviews, architecture, and design
• Work with modern technologies: React, TypeScript/JavaScript, Frontend Architecture, CI/CD, Micro-Frontend

Requirements-

• 3 years of experience in team management
• 5 years of experience in Frontend development or Full-Stack with a strong Frontend focus
• Proven hands-on experience with React
• Strong development experience with TypeScript/JavaScript
