Partner Programs Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Partner Programs Operations Specialist to join our team!

In this role, you’ll help streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and support the success of our sales and marketing teams. You’ll work on process optimization, CRM systems, reporting, vendor invoice monitoring, and customer/partner support — while collaborating with business leaders and sales managers to drive impact.

What You’ll Do

• Review and monitor vendor invoices, ensuring smooth payment processes.
• Maintain and support system databases (customers, partners, field teams).
• Collaborate with sales managers and leaders to align on initiatives.
• Build reports and CRM tools to support business growth.
• Design and manage sales operations processes to improve efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years as a Sales Operations Specialist (CRM experience required).
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Detail-oriented, problem solver, and team player.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight SLAs.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Self-learner with a positive, can-do attitude.
