VNOC Team Lead

Your role will include:

Establishment and management of VNOC team, recruitment, training and professional management, including :

Definition of procedures, standards and work methodologies for technological systems in classrooms

Responsibility for monitoring, ongoing support, and real-time troubleshooting

Documentation and analysis of faults and requests in the call management system, lessons learned extraction, specification and implementation of new technological solutions to improve classroom capabilities

Leading and managing projects in the field of video, audio, control and monitoring systems

Maintaining privacy policy and information security in accordance with organizational procedures

Working in multiple interfaces within the institute and externally

requirements:

Management experience of at least one year / management potential assessment at an evaluation institute – Required

Significant experience working with video and audio systems; including installations, operation, and monitoring – Required

Broad technical understanding of broadcasting technologies, cameras, control and monitoring systems, and advanced AV equipment – Required

Knowledge and experience in Microsoft environment – Required

Computer technician graduate of professional course in the field – Advantage

Work experience with monitoring and fault management systems (VNOC / NOC / SOC) – Advantage

Experience in establishing technological support centers and project management – Advantage

Knowledge and experience in script writing – Advantage

Knowledge and experience in Linux, Mac, Cisco, Zoom environments – Advantage

Familiarity with academic learning environment/educational institutions and with classroom management/broadcast management systems – Advantage

Familiarity with control systems such as: Crestron, Extron, Kramer – Advantage

Familiarity with Panopto and Moodle systems – Advantage

Deep familiarity with hardware devices and drivers – Advantage

Ability to lead end-to-end projects – including planning, execution and control

High-level proficiency in Hebrew and English languages, written and oral
