Role Overview

We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join as a partner and lead the company’s technology vision, architecture, and development teams. This role is critical for scaling our SaaS platform and ensuring technological excellence.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term technology strategy.
• Lead the architecture of a scalable SaaS POS solution (Odoo, Python, React, Cloud).
• Build and manage cross-functional tech teams (Backend, Frontend, DevOps).
• Oversee product development cycles from design to delivery.
• Contribute as a core partner to overall company strategy and decision-making.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years in senior engineering leadership (CTO, VP R&D, Head of Engineering, or Tech Lead).
• Strong background in Python and modern Full-Stack (React/Node/Next.js).
• Experience with SaaS, Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Hetzner, Azure, or similar).
• Proven track record in building and scaling engineering teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a mix of technical and business acumen.
