UI/UX Team Lead - Web and Mobile

Job Description: Overall responsibility for initiating and leading high-quality, intuitive digital user experiences across various interfaces (websites, landing pages, support systems, and mobile), including:

• Developing cross-functional design processes, creating comprehensive design systems, defining guidelines, and implementing consistent visual language across all interfaces and platforms
• Active partnership in all stages of specification and development of websites and applications while collaborating with development teams, product management, and content teams
• Managing the end-to-end design process, from research and concept development stages, through creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, to supporting development phases
• Conducting ongoing usability testing, analyzing user feedback, identifying opportunities to optimize user experience and improve existing features
• Managing a team of UI/UX designers and content specialists

Required Education and Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing UX/UI teams - Required
• Proven experience in user experience design across multiple platforms: Web, Mobile, Responsive - Required
• High-level proficiency in Hebrew and English, written and verbal - Required
• Initiative, systematic thinking, and ability to independently lead tasks and processes
• Attention to detail and solution-oriented approach
• Self-management skills, organization, structure, and creativity
• Willingness to learn and stay updated with new content and design fields
• High-level service orientation and interpersonal communication skills
