🧠 Senior Product & Strategy Owner – AI & Data (GenAI Focus)

Location: Hybrid – 2 days/week in Haifa

Role Overview:

We are seeking a senior business and product leader with strategic vision, systemic thinking, and strong execution skills to lead product and innovation efforts in the fields of AI and Data within a large enterprise.

This role involves initiating and leading strategic AI and data projects, developing new business directions, and translating organizational vision into impactful and scalable products.

You will manage a team of product managers – with a focus on Generative AI – while driving strategic partnerships and connecting business needs, market trends, and advanced technologies.

This is a key leadership role for someone with a proven track record in cross-organizational execution, a strong ability to identify opportunities, and the skill to turn them into actionable, high-impact solutions in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the company’s product and business strategy, both short and long term
• Manage and lead product and innovation teams – including GenAI Product Managers
• Identify business needs and market opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and lead Go-To-Market processes across the organization
• Oversee the development and deployment of Generative AI products and LLM-based technologies in secure enterprise environments
• Work directly with executives, customers, users, and strategic partners
• Promote a culture of innovation inside and outside the organization – integrate modern product methodologies and lead technological transformation
• Monitor KPIs, product performance, and implementation – ensuring alignment with regulatory, privacy, and ethical standards

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in product management and strategy, with at least 3 in a senior leadership role
• Proven background in both startups and large enterprises – required
• Hands-on experience initiating and leading the development of innovative products from concept to launch
• Strong skills in leadership, innovation, planning, and driving complex business and technology initiatives
• Practical experience with AI/ML products and data-driven solutions – required
• Deep understanding of GenAI technologies, LLMs, and Prompt Engineering – significant advantage
• Proven experience managing relationships with strategic partners, enterprise clients, investors, and regulatory stakeholders
• Full professional proficiency in English – including business communication, writing, and presentations to global stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with enterprises, government entities or highly regulated environments
• Strong familiarity with advanced cloud-based AI platforms such as OpenAI, Vertex AI, Azure AI
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and enterprise-ready AI products – including awareness of limitations, deployment challenges, and security requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree – required, preferably in:
• Industrial Engineering & Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration, or a related tech/business field
• Master’s degree – a strong advantage, especially in:
• MBA, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Innovation & Technology Management, or other related disciplines
