Job Description
- Analyze and define business requirements and processes for digital and automation services in the insurance domain
- Write business and functional specifications, as well as technical specifications
- Work closely with software vendors and development teams
- Take ownership of project management aspects: timeline, scope, risk management, and change control
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, development, QA, and IT teams to drive digital project success
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering & Management, or related fields
- 3 years of experience in project management and systems analysis in the insurance industry – required
- Proven experience in project management and systems analysis in WEB and CRM environments – required
- Hands-on experience in writing both technical and business specification documents – must-have
