It is a well-established fintech company based in Ramat Gan, providing cutting-edge B2B solutions to the trading and financial services industry. The platform supports Forex brokers worldwide with CRM systems, risk management tools, AI-driven analytics, marketing automation, and more.

We’re looking for a charismatic and hands-on Performance Marketing Team Lead to own, drive, and execute multi-channel B2B campaigns from end to end. This is not a strategy-only role – we want someone who’s deep in the tools, obsessed with KPIs, and excited about moving fast and optimizing constantly.

You’ll lead a lean team of 3–4 marketers, work directly with senior leadership, and have full ownership over performance marketing strategy, execution, and results.

• Plan, launch, and optimize B2B lead generation campaigns across paid, SEO, social, and direct channels
• Leverage AI tools to boost campaign efficiency and content creation
• Own and improve all performance marketing KPIs – from traffic to MQL
• Align marketing efforts with business and sales goals
• Manage and mentor a small team (Israel + abroad)
• Deep-dive into funnel data to identify trends and scale impact
• Maintain brand consistency across channels while staying flexible to change

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in B2B performance marketing leadership roles
• Deep knowledge of SEO, PPC, paid acquisition, analytics, A/B testing
• Experience in fast-paced environments – either strong digital agency or companies in trading, fintech, gaming, or payments
• Familiarity with WordPress and marketing automation platforms
• Track record of working with AI tools for targeting, content, or analytics
• Strong analytical skills, creative thinking, and attention to detail (yes, even button placements on landing pages)
• Fluent English and great communication skills
