IT Automation and Solutions Specialist

AppsFlyer is looking for a technology specialist who can seamlessly combine a deep understanding of IT architecture with the ability to design, develop, and implement advanced automation and AI solutions.. You will join our Infrastructure Team in our headquarters in Herzliya, Israel.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate existing IT architectures to identify opportunities for automation, AI integration, and performance optimization.
• Design and implement intelligent automation workflows and AI-powered processes.
• Create solutions leveraging Agentic AI, LLM, RAG, MCP, Prompt Engineering, and Context Engineering.
• Develop cross-platform integrations using API, Webhooks, and middleware solutions.
• Ensure robust, secure, and scalable data and process flows between IT systems.
• Build AI-powered chatbots capable of performing automated actions and integrating with IT service management tools.
• Implement monitoring systems that leverage automation and AI to detect anomalies in real time.
• Automate incident response triggers where applicable.
• Lead automation and AI innovation projects from concept to deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Mentor IT staff and team members on automation tools, AI concepts, and integration techniques.

• Cloud Platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure
• Programming Languages: Python, JavaScript

What You Have

• Strong understanding of enterprise IT architecture, with over 3 years of experience.
• Proven track record of building integrations using APIs, Webhooks, and iPaaS platforms (Make, n8n, Zapier, Workato).
• Experience with automation solutions in IT environments.
• Knowledge of advanced AI capabilities: Agentic AI, LLM, RAG, MCP, Prompt Engineering.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them effectively.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

Bonus Points

• Experience with IDP platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Zoom, Notion, and Office 365.
• Hands-on programming skills in Python or JavaScript for custom automation.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
