Team Leader - Performance Marketing

A global advertising and media group with offices across the world is looking for a Team Leader – Performance Marketing to join the Israeli office in Tel Aviv.

In this role, you will lead a team of marketing professionals, oversee key client accounts, and drive data-informed strategies to deliver outstanding campaign performance. You’ll play a central role in shaping the success of both your clients and your team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of media and creative strategies, ensuring campaigns are aligned with client KPIs. Oversee performance tracking, measurement frameworks, and results reporting.
• Drive the planning, implementation, and optimization of performance marketing initiatives across digital platforms, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and ROI.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, providing strategic guidance and fostering long-term partnerships. Maintain full accountability for the performance and growth of your client portfolio.
• Manage and mentor a small team of Account Managers and Account Strategists. Support professional development, promote collaboration, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Job Requirements:

• 2-3 years of hands-on marketing experience with relevant digital platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn etc.).
• Experience working with global clients in the online advertising industry – an advantage.
• Proven experience managing professional employees for at least 1 year.
• Strong analytical skills; hands-on experience with Power BI, BigQuery, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills: a natural leader who can motivate others and is driven by insights and results.
• Multitasker, organized with attention to details and a real problem solver.
• Fluent in English; Hebrew fluency – preferred
