Java Team Lead

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to lead our Infrastructure Application Data team. This team plays a critical role in developing and maintaining advanced software infrastructure, including Master Data Management (MDM), and contributes to the organization’s digital transformation.

In this role, you’ll split your time between hands-on development and team leadership. You’ll guide talented engineers, lead strategic initiatives, and help shape scalable cloud-native solutions using AWS, microservices, and Generative AI technologies.

what you will do:

• Lead and mentor a team of backend and frontend developers.
• Manage project delivery and ensure alignment with technical and business goals.
• Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and product stakeholders.
• Stay involved in coding, design reviews, and architectural decisions.
• Drive innovation by introducing new technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role managing developers- Must
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Java development- Must
• Deep understanding of cloud environments (AWS), microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes- Must.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.- Advantage.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Experience with Python, Node.js, or JavaScript - Advantage.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for innovation and building scalable infrastructure.
