UI/UX Team Leader

We are looking for a UI/UX Team Leader to join our multidisciplinary organization and take ownership of the design and user experience of our mobile application, supporting our innovative IoT products. This role is an exciting opportunity to lead a team, shape product experiences end-to-end to more than 3M paying customers globally, and have a direct impact on how customers interact with our technology worldwide on apps and web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers, fostering creativity, collaboration, and excellence in design.

• Own the user experience strategy and execution for our mobile app, ensuring intuitive, seamless, and engaging digital journeys.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business and technical requirements into elegant solutions across the globe.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback loops to improve product design and customer experience continuously.

• Establish design guidelines, best practices, and processes to ensure consistency and scalability across digital products.

• Stay up-to-date with UI/UX and mobile design trends, applying innovation to elevate product usability and aesthetics.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Proven track record designing mobile applications, preferably for IoT, SaaS, or consumer technology products.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in interaction design, visual design, and user-centered methodologies.

• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, Sketch, Adobe XD and AI tools like Midjourney and others).

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.

• Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and attention to detail.
