Senior Game Producer - iGaming

Anakatech is an established and fast-growing international iGaming company. Our subsidiary brand Spinoro is a leading game aggregation platform. Since 2013 we have built one of the industry’s most advanced gaming platforms with a wide range of scratch, lottery and slot games. With teams in Tel Aviv and Sofia, we manage the entire life-cycle from development to operations, delivering outstanding and interactive gaming experiences.

We are looking for a Senior Game Producer to join our team in Tel Aviv. In this role, you will lead the production of our games portfolio, manage a team of producers, and work closely with studios in Israel and abroad. You will play a key part in shaping new game concepts, driving innovation, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality gaming experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full game production life-cycle, from concept and specifications to delivery and live operations.
• Drive ideation and game concept development, ensuring innovation and alignment with player preferences and market trends.
• Define game requirements, write specifications and production road-maps.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (art, dev, math, sound) across several studios.
• Manage and mentor a team of producers to deliver high-quality games.
• Oversee KPIs (engagement, retention, monetization) and optimize performance.
• Leverage data-driven insights and player feedback to refine existing games and guide future development.
• Manage third-party integrations, jackpot features, regulatory requirements, and platform updates.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Regulatory teams to ensure alignment with business goals and compliance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in game development, with several years managing casino game portfolios (slots, scratch cards, RNG).
• Proven experience managing production teams and building road-maps.
• Strong knowledge of iGaming trends, player behavior, and industry standards.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, BI/analytics platforms, and game design tools.
• Experience working with multiple studios across different regions.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX and game mechanics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with regulated markets (EU, Malta, US).
• Background in jackpot systems, live casino, or third-party API integrations.
• Experience launching and managing 50+ games annually.
• Experience with game engines, A/B testing, and creative game design/storytelling.
