SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced, service-oriented IT Team leaderto lead and oversee our IT department. This full-time, on-site role involves managing the IT team, supervising support operations, maintaining IT systems, improving processes, and ensuring high service standards for our clients. You will also be responsible for handling escalations, implementing IT service policies, and collaborating with other departments to support SpotNet’s growth and technical excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the IT support team, including mentoring and performance oversight.
- Handle Tier 2–3 escalations and resolve complex technical issues
- Define, implement, and monitor IT service policies and SLAs
- Administer and manage Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange, SharePoint,Teams).
- Supervise onboarding/offboarding processes, user account management, and access permissions.
- Oversee infrastructure components such as servers, networking, and security systems.
- Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and operational standards
- Collaborate with senior management on IT strategy and technology adoption.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and related technologies
- Experience with Windows Server, networking fundamentals, and Active directory.
- Familiarity with EDR solutions and security best practices
- Experience with RMM tools for endpoint monitoring and management
- Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills
- Fluent English – written and verbal
- Ability to lead teams, set priorities, and work under pressure.
ADVANTAGES
- Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS)
- Knowledge of VoIP systems and network infrastructure
- Previous work in an MSP or multi-client environment
PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS
- Microsoft: MCP / MCSA / MD-102
- CompTIA: Network+, Security+, or equivalent
