Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Controller to join our finance team. The role includes:

·        Preparing monthly financial statements and tax reports for audit purposes

·        Developing management and control reports

·        Taking full financial responsibility for selected projects, including oversight of the accounting team’s work, performing financial controls, generating reports and analytical insights, SOX controls, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting

·        Managing interactions with authorities (Tax Authority, VAT) and external parties (banks, credit companies, suppliers, customers)

Requirements:

·        Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

·        Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

·        Excellent teamwork and process management skills

·        Analytical thinking and attention to detail

·        Experience in real estate – an advantage

·        Full-time position
