Our team is looking for a skilled AI Security Technical Lead to help drive our work forward.

Job Description:

We are looking for a hands-on AI and Cyber Security Technical Lead to drive advanced security of AI activities and broader cybersecurity domains.

The ideal candidate will bring wide expertise in both AI security and cybersecurity, with a strong background in machine learning security, adversarial techniques, secure system design, and core areas such as network, infrastructure, and application security. This role involves working directly with clients to assess and strengthen the security of their AI-driven systems, as well as leading innovative, hands-on research in AI and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct and lead research on emerging threats and defenses, with a focus on AI security as well as broader cybersecurity domains.

· Work closely with global clients to identify risks and conduct comprehensive AI security assessments.

· Collaborate with internal teams across cybersecurity, data science, and engineering.

· Lead, guide, and mentor security researchers.

· Represent the group in external forums, including conferences, working groups, and client briefings.

Requirements:

· Proven hands-on experience in AI or cybersecurity.

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients.

· Strong problem-solving and research mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

· Extensive expertise across multiple areas of cybersecurity, with strong hands-on capabilities in AI, security, and infrastructure, and the ability to independently address complex, end-to-end technical challenges.

· Excellent technical written skills in English and Hebrew.
