Medatech is the largest Priority Services company in Israel, specializing in ERP solutions, implementation, development, and ongoing support. With hundreds of customers across industries, we provide tailored solutions that help organizations optimize processes, grow, and succeed.
We are seeking a Head of Priority Development Department to join our leadership team and assume responsibility for our development activities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Priority development teams. 👥
- Assign and prioritize tasks across multiple projects 📌
- Perform code reviews and ensure high development standards 💻
- Work closely with senior management, department managers, and customers 🤝
- Define methodologies, workflows, and best practices for the development department 📝
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of hands-on Priority development experience
- Strong expertise in SQL (complex queries and stored procedures) 🗄️
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong process understanding with attention to detail 🔍
- Ability to organize and be organized
- Advantage: Experience in Priority implementation
