Manual QA

Exon is seeking a motivated and quick-learning QA to join its R&D department.

In this position, you will be responsible for software quality assurance of dozens of websites, deploying a growing number of product tests directly to customers.

Job responsibilities:

• Working in a team with more QAs to test the company's key products.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle.
• Planning test plans for some of the company's key products, working directly with the Product team.
• working closely with the designer to understand new features.
• Working closely with the development team to identify risks.
• Executing tests in multiple areas - front, back, and data-based tests.
• Being a key part of the development cycle and helping generate better flows.
• Executing test plans and reporting bugs.
• Planning and managing the deployment process for each sprint.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ Years of experience in software testing.
• Experience testing in an agile environment.
• Strong attention to detail in a design - a keen eye for spotting errors.
• Background working with databases like SQL, Snowflake, MongoDB - advantage
• Experience working with Automation tools like Playwright, Cypress - advantage
• Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, quick learner, and proactive individual with a can-do attitude.
