SAP PP Module Lead – Tnuva’s Flagship SAP Implementation Project

Tnuva, Israel’s leading food company, is launching one of the most unique and large-scale projects in its history – the implementation of SAP S/4HANA across the entire organization. We are looking for an experienced SAP PP Module Lead to take part in this strategic, one-of-a-kind transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Production (PP) workstream from requirements definition to go-live.

• Oversee solution quality and ensure alignment with business needs.

• Monitor and control project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors, providing guidance and consultation.

• Ensure tight integration with the parallel MES project.

• Be actively involved during critical milestones, including supporting go-lives at Tnuva’s different sites (travel required).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree – mandatory.

• At least 5 years of experience as an SAP PP consultant – mandatory.

• Team leadership experience in SAP projects – an advantage.

• Familiarity with related modules (QM, PM, CO-FI) – an advantage.

• Experience with PPI and/or SAP S/4HANA – an advantage.

• Experience in the FMCG industry – an advantage.

• Strong organizational view, ability to manage multiple interfaces, and excellent interpersonal communication.

Additional Details

• Full-time position, based at Tnuva headquarters in Petah Tikva.

• Requires flexibility for extended working hours and travel to Tnuva sites (company car included).
